Likewise, participants are informed that in no case will DHL be obliged to contract their services for the mere fact of having participated or, where appropriate, having obtained any of the prizes that are the object of the contest.

DHL will extend an invitation to all award winners (three people per company) to visit its Innovation Center in Troisdorf, Germany to jointly organize a workshop with DHL experts on the future of logistics.

In order to determine a date, DHL will offer award winners the option of choosing among three possible dates between April and September of 2023 and will select the date with the highest possible attendance. Travel, food and accommodation expenses for the trip will be borne by DHL.

4. Requirements

The competition is open to companies or institutions of any nationality with operations or presence in Spain, either through subsidiaries or sales representatives. There is no limit on the number of projects submitted by the same company or institution although participation is restricted to only one of the two categories.

Participation is limited to solutions, services or products that have passed the definition and test stage and are ready to be implemented and/or commercialised in the Spanish market or have already been launched.

All project entries must adhere to the guidelines in the general rules, submitting the requested information in the stipulated format within the established timeframes.

If it deems necessary, the jury may also request an interview with participants to gain a broader understanding of any aspect of the project. This interview can be carried out face-to-face or virtual, whatever is more convenient to facilitate the overall process.

On an exceptional basis, the jury may consider, with prior consent of the involved parties, solutions, services or products in either Award category that have not been presented to the competition yet have sufficient merit.
